MEET ROXANNE FELTON CHRISTOPHER
Experience grounded in execution and developing people.
I’m Roxanne Felton Christopher, Founder and CEO of Felton Global NextGen.
For more than 30 years, I have worked in information technology, project and program leadership, PMO advisory, Agile environments, training, and organizational change.
My work has taken me into global and complex project environments. As a Project Management Lead for a global oil and gas company, I was assigned to projects in Angola and Ghana.
In Nigeria and Kazakhstan, I served as a Project Management and PMO Advisor and as an Agile and SAFe Practice Consultant.
Across those experiences, one thing has remained constant:
I develop people.
I have supported women in the project-management profession, helped PMP candidates prepare for certification, trained hundreds of project professionals, coached emerging leaders, and now help professionals, teams, and business owners understand how AI can support their work.
I also build AI work partners, workflows, agents, and learning tools.
My style is warm, practical, motivating, and direct. I make complicated subjects easier to understand, ask the questions that get to the real issue, and help people take action.
